Cancellation Policy

At Next Flight Travel and Tours, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation policy for our customers. Please review the following guidelines carefully:

1. Cancellation Made Within:

• 6 days prior to departure: Non-refundable
• 7-15 Days Prior to Departure Date: 50% of total purchase amount can be refunded
• 16-24 Days Prior to Departure Date: 75% of total purchase amount can be refunded
• 25 or more Days Prior to Departure Date: 100% of total purchase amount can be refunded

2. Cancellation Process:

• All cancellations must be made directly with Next Flight Travel and Tours. We do not accept cancellations made with tour providers.
• To request a cancellation, please fill out and sign the Cancellation Request Form available on our website. Email the completed form to [contact email].
• Cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive your signed Cancellation Request Form and the scheduled departure date of your travel service.
• We do not change departure dates for tours scheduled to depart within the next 6 days, and refunds will not be issued for such cancellations.

3. Refund Processing:

• Refunds for cancellations will be processed within one to seven business days from the date of receipt of the Cancellation Request Form.
• Reservations paid by wire transfer, cash deposit, or money order/traveler’s check/cashier’s check will be refunded via check. Any associated wire transfer fees will be deducted from the overall refund amount.

4. Free Cancellation:

• Single Day Tours/Activities*: Cancel at least 7 Days in advance for a full refund. *Excludes admission tickets/passes or skip-the-line tickets.

5. Amendment Fees:

• Any changes made to a reservation 7 days before the tour departs for single-day tours and 24 days before for multi-day tours will be subject to a minimum Amendment Fee. The following constitute as an amendment to a tour: changing departure date, pick-up time or location, tour, guest name, itinerary, removing/replacing a guest, or adding/replacing a guest.
• Amendment fees are minimum tour change fees. Additional fees may apply for multiple or last-minute changes.
